Really xxxxxx me off when they started initial quote of approx. $15,000.00 over the suggested MSRP for a 2026 Cadillac Escalade. Even though I purchased my previous Escalade from Covert. They did eventually offer $1000.00 below sticker. That’s a 16,000.00 difference from initial quote. This really got me in a bad mood & lost trust in this dealership. I truly had such great things to say about this dealership to everyone but not so much now.. I will not be coming back.
The people are friendly and service is OK, but really take way too long to get an oil change and tire rotation.
Great customer service and personnel. The service department and their mechanics did a great job on my Cadillac XT4 in diagnosing and repairing my issue. The entire service department was so helpful when i needed to book a last minute appointment for issues i was having with my 1 year old Lyriq. Kirk Long (Service Advisor) was professional and courteous. Although I felt mislead by my original service agreement when purchasing my vehicle (told by salesman that all interior electrical components were covered by agreement, when they were not covered) . Kirk helped me with the explanation of multiple denial claims from service agreement. Kirk deserves high marks for his efforts and customer service. I give the service agreement practices (1 STAR).The sales practices with purchase service agreement appears to be misleading with services that aren't actually covered.

Kirk was amazing. We were estimated that the oil change service would take an hour so convinced my wife to hang out for the oil change. Turned out to be 2 1/2 hours. That was a bit frustrating. We purposely made an appointment a week ahead to avoid having to wait the same amount of time as a walk-in.

Inventory and pricing are favorable but the sales service could be better for a $130k model car. Lots of small details mattered and communication seemed to be overlooked. Suggest staying on top of your rep, hold them accountable and follow through.

Dealership was fair on pricing my trade in and the 2024 Lexus LC. They made the purchase easy to complete without me going to the dealership. The free delivery was convenient. The car had some minor damage done during transit but covert has agreed to reimburse me to get the lower front trim rewrapped. They also agreed to mail me my windscreen and owners manual that was dropped off to them after my car was delivered. Michael Wemple the salesman has done a good job of keeping me updated throughout.
