Our Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down in front of the dealer on HWY 71. The battery failed after 6 months. We waited on HWY 71 for a tow. With the exception of one mechanic and a sales lady little concern or interest was shown, in fact the manager of the Chevy dealership couldn’t care less. We traded in the jeep for a Ram truck. Appreciate the end result but the original sale of the jeep 4XE and failure to disclose during an all stop sell on the vehicle as well as the marketing risk from the videos of your dealership and our at risk situation put you at risk of a lawsuit or serious brand risk through marketing. In short your leaders are very poorly trained on risk and you avoided a major loss, for now. You also owe me a key fob.

I had a good experience with Covert Cadillac; Arron the Sales Consultant was very good to work with. He answered my questions and gave a good demonstration on the vehicle features.

I was really impressed with the depth of knowledge and dealerships Covert have, and the level of service was off the chart at the Covert Cadillac Bee Cave location. We are incredible happy with the vehicle, and look forward to purchasing another again when the time comes.

Chris Campion was very helpful in finding me a low mileage Tahoe. He’s also a good salesman as he talked me into spending more money than I planned🙂, Charlie Marshall was helpful in showing the care, but there was some confusion on the closing and had to come back and sign off with Mike Ohjea. Everyone we encountered were nice.

Covert Cadillac is always a great experience. They are exceptional. And, I know that my vehicle is being taking care of.

2022 Corolla I got from there had damage. 3 months later took to trade or sell diff dealer found out had ft frame damage that was not disclosed. Was not happy about no one cared manager would not talk to me here at bee cave!! The sales man dissed me his name Zach. Sold me a piece of junk now stuck with . I'm sure there be a smart remark from bee cave . Watch out on used there. Shady management and sales. I will tell all I know not to go here

Service Rep, Michael Heaps did an excellent job communicating effectively and helping me feel that my vehicle issues would be resolved quickly and efficiently.

2 days after we bought the used car, the battery died. Spent a couple of hundred bucks on that. Now, turns out they left a rodents nest around the engine and they chewed through some harness wires. Took more than a week and cost us 700 plus dollars to repair that. This despite having paid 5k for a "bumper to bumper" warranty and the fact that they "say" in writing that they checked the engine, battery, etc... before you buy the car. TAKE IT TO YOUR MECHANIC before finalizing your purchase from these guys. Or, better yet, don't purchase one from them in the first place.

Although my recall part had to be ordered Kirk informed me that because of the demand, it might take a bit longer, but I would be called as soon as it was available. Kirk followed up nicely with me and set up my appointment for the next day. Service was taken care as soon as I arrived. The wait was minimal. Thank you Kirk for exceptional service.

The service was completed quickly. The part that had to be ordered arrived quickly. Unfortunately the part that was installed also died quickly. So I still can’t open automatic gates or garage doors…
