My wife and I drove up on July 4th to Bee Covert Bee Cave Cadillac from San Antonio TX. We took the since drive up there wich was a spectacular little drive. We had an appointment with Ms Sarah who is a delightful person and very welcoming and friendly and very helpful in asking the right exploratory questions to enhance and narrow down our needs and expectations on what we're looking for. Sarah very carefully explained options and the warranty Our overall experience was hassle-free and very enjoyable. Ali the finance officer was also very patient and helpful. Ali explained everything patiently and did not rush though the explanations did not push on the options either. Covert had been in business for over 100 years you don't stay in business for that long without being reputable and honest. I give Ms Sarah and MrAli 5 stars and two thumbs 👍🏻 👍🏻 up it was my pleasure to do business with you both.

The service department staff are always courteous and professional. While waiting for our car annual check up, we we're very relaxed. It's a pleasure to be in Covert Cadillac lounge with 2 TV's to watch, bottled water & beverages available. Always tidy inside. And within an hour we were told car was ready and back on the road again! In a cleaner car cuz they washed it too. :)

Our Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down in front of the dealer on HWY 71. The battery failed after 6 months. We waited on HWY 71 for a tow. With the exception of one mechanic and a sales lady little concern or interest was shown, in fact the manager of the Chevy dealership couldn’t care less. We traded in the jeep for a Ram truck. Appreciate the end result but the original sale of the jeep 4XE and failure to disclose during an all stop sell on the vehicle as well as the marketing risk from the videos of your dealership and our at risk situation put you at risk of a lawsuit or serious brand risk through marketing. In short your leaders are very poorly trained on risk and you avoided a major loss, for now. You also owe me a key fob.

Marshall was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to deliver our car and ensure we knew how to access all of the new features. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience and hope to work with him again!
