I recently purchased a used vehicle from Covert Cadillac at the Bee Caves location, and the experience exceeded every expectation. I didn't realize how extensive the Covert family of dealerships is. When we arrived at the Cadillac dealership, we discovered the vehicle we were interested in was actually located at one of their north Austin stores. Rather than letting that become an obstacle, our salesperson, Luc Francois, immediately stepped in. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely service-focused. He showed us a similar vehicle, and after serious interest, he arranged for a courier to bring the exact car to us. We were completely blown away by that level of service. Ali Fawaz in Finance was equally impressive. I'm typically not someone who purchases extended warranties through a dealership, but he took the time to clearly explain the benefits of the Covert Warranty without any pressure. His knowledge and transparency made the decision easy. From start to finish, the entire team delivered outstanding hospitality and customer service.
