We had a very good experience buying our Odyssey from Rudy! I liked the one we initially looked at but really preferred the 8 seat option, he recalled one just being traded in and brought it to us. It had the 8 seats needed and all the features we wanted for our family vehicle! When we went back to the office Rudy, his manager Chance, I believe, and Daniel in the fiance dept worked diligently to get us in the price range we needed. When we started the paperwork there were some technical difficulties but he remained positive and friendly the entire time 🙂 Once we got the computer to work with us 😂 everything went pretty quick after that. Rudy made sure to let us know we could still have them service the vehicle and get it delivered later that week. He gave me updates as it went thru service/detailing and personally delivered our Odyssey to us on a Friday evening even though we live about an hour or so from the dealership. Everyone loved it immediately! We have had our Odyssey a week so far and honestly wish I had gotten one sooner 😂 The whole process never felt pushy more like they just wanted to make sure we got the vehicle we needed. Would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle with Rudy and Covert Bee Cave!
