Chris Campion was very helpful in finding me a low mileage Tahoe. He’s also a good salesman as he talked me into spending more money than I planned🙂, Charlie Marshall was helpful in showing the care, but there was some confusion on the closing and had to come back and sign off with Mike Ohjea. Everyone we encountered were nice.
What an amazing experience we had today. We drove nearly 3 hours to get an amazing truck. Our salesperson Madison was absolutely fantastic. We were treated like family the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was courteous, kind, and took great care of us. 5 stars all the way !!! I purchased my Escalade Iq from a dealership In Houston. I was visiting Spicewood and the EV charging cable became stuck in my vehicle. I spent hours on the phone with on star and my dealership. Covert sent out Rene to help and he immediately dislodged it. Covert did not have to help me but went above and beyond.

Came here last week. My car was done pretty quick, my service person Wade was great. the only reason I gave 3 stars is that my vehicle wasn’t cleaned inside like it normally is and, the young Man at the front when I got there I don’t remember his name but he is a redhead never looked up from his phone once. He was also the same person who washed my car.
I appreciate that the sales process on my new Escalade was very simple, straightforward and pleasant. I will return when I’m ready to purchase again.
Once in a while you meet a special person in a salsperson's role. That would be Mr. Paul Aguilar at Covert Vehicles in Bee Caves, Austin. He listens. He searches. He finds out things about the vehicles you may like, and he does this with complete honesty and integrity. Why did I say Covert Vehicles? Because for us he jogged between 3 buildings that centered respectively on different products to find the perfect vehicle for a church friend. Blessings to this young man. 2022 Corolla I got from there had damage. 3 months later took to trade or sell diff dealer found out had ft frame damage that was not disclosed. Was not happy about no one cared manager would not talk to me here at bee cave!! The sales man dissed me his name Zach. Sold me a piece of junk now stuck with . I'm sure there be a smart remark from bee cave . Watch out on used there. Shady management and sales. I will tell all I know not to go here

I had a great experience with Kody I purchased from out of state and the whole process was transparent and smooth!
2 days after we bought the used car, the battery died. Spent a couple of hundred bucks on that. Now, turns out they left a rodents nest around the engine and they chewed through some harness wires. Took more than a week and cost us 700 plus dollars to repair that. This despite having paid 5k for a "bumper to bumper" warranty and the fact that they "say" in writing that they checked the engine, battery, etc... before you buy the car. Bought a pre-owned truck just based on pictures off the website and once delivered it was pretty much same as pictures indicated online. Dinks here and there but given the age of the truck understandable and nothing that warranted returning it...very pleased with the vehicle.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle sight unseen other than pictures. When it arrived it was not what we were expecting, and some of the issues had not been pointed out. The dealership, specifically general manager, went out of his way and corrected all the issues. The vehicle was delivered and we were satisfied with the end result

Very positive car buying experience at Covert Cadillac Bee Cave, especially with Sara at the helm. Sara is a force and really appreciate her straightforward approach. Inasmuch as getting through a sometimes lengthy process with finesse, Sara also took ample time to review EV basics and many new car features. Kudos!
Order process was easy and fairly quick. Was able to order the exact color and model we wanted, and was updated throughout the wait time. Adler did a great job showing us how to use everything on the New Escalade since we upgraded from an older model.

Horrible service, sold the car we had agreement on under our nose. Dylan is an awful salesman with horrible communication, he couldn’t even sell honey to Winnie the Pooh, that’s how awful he is at his job. We were ready for transportation of our vehicle, having already put down money. We were told it would be transported by a certain date and never came. Not to mention Dylan lied about the timeline of the strike the transportation company had, per the manager of that company. Y’all suck

This place is absolutely a joke! The car I was scheduled to see got loaned out to an existing customer and I was not able to view it. I was willing enough to sit down and negotiate a price without seeing the car, but they were only able to come down $200 from the online price, which in my opinion is a joke for my 3 hour round trip drive and time spent with dealer.

The communication is terrible . I have never heard of a service center that doesn’t know when they will work on your car . Also , for me to buy a car and then say they can only give loaners to people who buy Cadillacs is crazy . Not a fan of this dealership at all .

I was satisfied with the service for the most part but things didn't go exactly perfect and I didn't make it to work on time even though they said they would have me out in time to make it to work. They're also left out a few details like why my key had tape on it. Trase it was great to work with. He made the sales process very easy. That said, when the car was delivered to my house with 8 miles on it, three service lights came on within driving it 1 mile. So it was very inconvenient to take it to a dealership and get it fixed which you shouldn’t have to do with a brand new car. I got a “Sorry” text and that’s it.
My oil change was done quickly. Tires were rotated also and fluids were topped off. Our advisor kept me up-to-date during the process.

Lance, my service advisor is amazing. I drive 1.5hrs just to have him arrange my service. As a senior single woman, its hard to find good honest and caring people.
