I’m Kirk, and I’m an Assistant Service Advisor here at Covert Cadillac Bee Cave. My journey into the automotive world started with a genuine passion for cars and a love for helping people. There’s just something incredibly satisfying about making someone’s day by solving a problem or simply being a friendly, knowledgeable face they can count on.

What I enjoy most about working at Covert Cadillac Bee Cave is the positive atmosphere—it’s not just a workplace, it’s a team. The camaraderie among my coworkers makes every day feel like I’m part of something bigger, and that energy shows in how we treat our customers.

Outside of work, I’m a proud nerd and a family man. I’m into anime, comic books, movies, and all things art. But no matter what, spending time with my family tops the list. They’re my biggest inspiration and the reason I show up every day ready to give it my all.

If I could take home any car on the lot, it would hands down be the 2025 Cadillac CT5 Blackwing. It’s fast, loud, and an absolute blast to drive—what more could you ask for?

And here’s a little fun fact about me: I was a firefighter in the U.S. Navy, I’m also an artist, and I’ve even worked as a personal trainer for celebrities and well-known figures. So whether you’re talking horsepower or comic book heroes, I’m always up for a good conversation.

I’m Rowena, Warranty Administrator at Covert Bee Cave, and I’ve been in the automotive service industry for 40 years—and counting! It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m just as passionate about what I do today as I was when I started.

My path into the industry began in November 1984 when my sister-in-law, who was the Customer Relations Manager at a GM dealership in San Juan, Puerto Rico, offered me a cashier position in the service department. From there, I was promoted to service advisor, then dispatcher, booker, and eventually found my true calling as a warranty administrator. I’ve had the privilege of learning every step of the service process, which has given me a unique perspective on how to best support our team and customers.

After spending time at another Covert location, I requested a transfer to Covert Bee Cave for its quieter setting outside the city—and because I was excited to be part of opening a brand-new location for the Covert family. I’ve always seen myself as a natural problem solver and the go-to person where all the moving parts come together. If there’s an issue, I’m ready to tackle it and keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, I find peace in gardening—wandering through a garden center is my version of a perfect day. I also enjoy reading romance novels and flipping through home décor magazines for inspiration. And when it comes to sports, I’m all in! Whether it’s golf, tennis, or football, I’m watching. I also have a soft spot for a good crime show—nothing like a little mystery to unwind.

If I could drive any car on the lot, it would be a Porsche 911 Carrera. I love the sleek, stylish design and the thrill of a true sports car. Every time one comes into our inventory, I make sure to hitch a ride with one of our sales reps. It’s a small joy that never gets old!

Fun fact: I have a talent for finding the exact document I need—often just by reaching into a box. It’s a skill that’s come in handy more times than I can count. Now, if only I could apply that same luck to picking lottery numbers!
