Inventory and pricing are favorable but the sales service could be better for a $130k model car. Lots of small details mattered and communication seemed to be overlooked. Suggest staying on top of your rep, hold them accountable and follow through.

Cody was an exemplary salesman and provided answers to every question. He is polite and works extremely well with military. Dealership was fair on pricing my trade in and the 2024 Lexus LC. They made the purchase easy to complete without me going to the dealership. The free delivery was convenient. The car had some minor damage done during transit but covert has agreed to reimburse me to get the lower front trim rewrapped. They also agreed to mail me my windscreen and owners manual that was dropped off to them after my car was delivered. Michael Wemple the salesman has done a good job of keeping me updated throughout.

The service writer, Mr Wade Higginbotham, was great. He and the mechanic addressed my concerns plus pointing out some possible issues that I need to monitor. Everyone that I met from the dealership were obviously working hard on helping me with my vehicle.

Brought my car in to have the antenna cover replaced asked to speak to a service manager on Thursday before I left. They said no one was available. Now we’re into the next week on Monday and I called and no service manager available. Bought car and traded in my car without stepping into dealership. All done online and it was an easy process. They delivered my car over 200 miles away and drove off with my trade in. Lower front trim was damaged in transit but they have agreed to reimburse me to have it wrapped. Wade always helps me out with my car needs and does a fantastic job! My one complaint, I spent 5k repairing my vehicle. It would be nice to get an actual car wash. Whatever it is that you do to the vehicle can hardly be called a wash. After spending the amount of money that I did, a clean vehicle would be a cherry on top. The way my car looked when I picked it up left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Especially after spending the 5k!
Great experience, and very happy with our new Tahoe! I came in looking for a larger vehicle for our growing family and Mitch was able to start looking for SUV's for me. Mitch was very professional and never pushy, he showed me options that I would be interested in and not just a bunch of random cars to make a sale. Truck getting no air flow therefore after only 200 miles service engine light came on. Computer showed particulate matter in exhaust system. Once the filters were changed and the filter compartment was full of debris the truck was able to regen correctly and service engine light turned off.

The service department staff are always courteous and professional. While waiting for our car annual check up, we we're very relaxed. It's a pleasure to be in Covert Cadillac lounge with 2 TV's to watch, bottled water & beverages available. Always tidy inside. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down in front of the dealer on HWY 71. The battery failed after 6 months. We waited on HWY 71 for a tow. I purchased my Escalade Iq from a dealership In Houston. I was visiting Spicewood and the EV charging cable became stuck in my vehicle. I spent hours on the phone with on star and my dealership. Covert sent out Rene to help and he immediately dislodged it. Covert did not have to help me but went above and beyond.

Came here last week. My car was done pretty quick, my service person Wade was great. the only reason I gave 3 stars is that my vehicle wasn’t cleaned inside like it normally is and, the young Man at the front when I got there I don’t remember his name but he is a redhead never looked up from his phone once. He was also the same person who washed my car.
I appreciate that the sales process on my new Escalade was very simple, straightforward and pleasant. I will return when I’m ready to purchase again.
