The 2026 Cadillac CT5, CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing share a wheelbase, a width and a trunk. They do not share a length, a height or a rear seat. The Blackwing is 194.9 inches long against the other two at 193.8, it sits 56.5 inches tall against 57.2, and its rear legroom is nearly an inch shorter. Assume the family is one car and three of your numbers are wrong.

Where a number is not published to a standard we are willing to print, the table says so rather than guessing, and we will read it on a specific car on our lot. The Blackwing’s ground clearance is the figure Cadillac publishes with the Carbon Fiber Package, and it does not appear here without that qualifier. Curb weight is scoped to drivetrain, never to trim: the same source publishes different weights for the same trim in rear- and all-wheel drive.

Four inches of ground clearance is worth a moment’s thought if your driveway apron is steep or you park anywhere off RM 2222. The same goes for the caliche shoulders along RM 620 and the crowned surface of Southwest Parkway. The Blackwing’s extra nine tenths of an inch comes with a package, not as standard.

Brembo front brakes are an option on CT5 Sport, standard on the CT5-V, and standard front and rear on the Blackwing, where a carbon ceramic system is available.

Equipment
Super Cruise is standard on CT5 Premium Luxury, on CT5 Sport and on the CT5-V. On the Blackwing it is available and Cadillac bundles it with the 10-speed automatic. The 33-inch Horizon Display with Google built-in is standard across the family, as is an AKG Studio Audio System — fifteen speakers on the CT5-V, sixteen on the Blackwing. Magnetic Ride Control and Launch Control are standard on the CT5-V and the Blackwing, and the Blackwing adds Line Lock and a standard Enhanced Performance Data Recorder.
Protection

Coverage
Cadillac covers the CT5 with a four-year or 50,000-mile basic warranty and a six-year or 70,000-mile powertrain warranty, whichever occurs sooner. Scheduled maintenance and the service intervals that go with it are covered on the maintenance schedule page.
In the Real World
11.9 cubic feet is a weekend for two or a full week of groceries. It is not a furniture run, and it does not change when you step up to a Blackwing.
Four inches of ground clearance means low-water crossings and steep aprons deserve care. It is a sedan, and it drives like one.
3,663 pounds makes the rear-drive CT5 lighter than the German sedans it is cross-shopped against, which is a good part of why it feels the way it does on a road like Southwest Parkway or the climb up RM 620.
37 inches of rear legroom in the Blackwing is the tax on the aero. If you carry adults in back on the RM 2222 school run, sit in one before you order.
26 mpg combined on the base rear-drive car is the number that makes the CT5 a rational purchase. 15 mpg combined on the Blackwing is the number that makes it an emotional one.

193.8 inches, on a 116-inch wheelbase. The CT5-V measures the same. The CT5-V Blackwing is longer, at 194.9 inches, and lower, at 56.5 inches against the CT5’s 57.2.
A rear-wheel-drive CT5 has a curb weight of 3,663 pounds. The CT5-V Blackwing weighs 4,123 pounds. Ask us for the all-wheel-drive figures and for the CT5-V; those are not published to a standard we will print.
11.9 cubic feet, and that figure holds across the CT5, the CT5-V and the CT5-V Blackwing. All three seat five.
Slightly. Rear legroom is 37 inches in the Blackwing against 37.9 in the CT5 and CT5-V. The Blackwing also sits nearly an inch lower.
Cadillac lists 6.6 seconds with rear-wheel drive and 6.9 with all-wheel drive for the 2.0L turbo four. The CT5-V does it in 4.6 seconds and the CT5-V Blackwing in 3.4.
It depends on the configuration. EPA rates the 2.0L turbo four at 22 mpg city, 31 mpg highway and 26 mpg combined with rear-wheel drive, and 21/30/24 with all-wheel drive. For the CT5-V the ratings are 18/27/21 in rear-drive form and 17/26/20 with all-wheel drive. The CT5-V Blackwing is rated 13/20/15 with either gearbox.
